Digital Analytics & CRO Associate

collystring is looking for a Digital Analytics & CRO Associate who will be responsible for supporting delivery teams with initiatives such as reporting, analysis, tracking and uncovering opportunities for clients with emphasis on data, CRO, etc. About collystring: We are a boutique performance marketing agency that specializes in organic search (SEO), paid search (SEM), paid social (SMM), and data/integrations/automation. We don’t do graphic design, we don’t do PR, and we aren’t going to do traditional media.  Initially, our focus was primarily on white-label services but we’ve expanded our direct partnerships with brands in need of performance marketing.   Our ideal candidate has:
  • Experience in both Lead Generation and eCommerce
  • 1-2 years experience in a data analytics and/or CRO role
  • Passion for understanding digital analytics and how to incrementally drive improvements to website conversion rates
  • A “what’s next” mindset, realizing there is always opportunity for improvement
About the role: This role is hands-on in platforms like GA (Universal, 4, 360), GTM, DataStudio, and SuperMetrics. In addition, experience building landing pages is a plus and if you’re familiar with facilitating website experiments through Google Optimize – even better. You should have full working knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and DataStudio. You understand the difference in the attribution models between Ads and GA (and more). You understand how dataLayers function and the value in accurate tracking. You have the ability to analyze conversion paths and develop a hypothesis to optimize conversion rates. Most importantly: you have a “what’s next” mindset. You chase thoughts and ideas, you’re passionate about what’s around the upcoming corner and one or two miles ahead. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the facilitation of experiments through Google Optimize
  • Analyze website and landing page performance, continually developing hypotheses to optimize conversion paths based on experiment results
  • Provide recommendations to internal stakeholders regarding marketing performance and existing opportunities
  • Provide support in GA/GTM/DataStudio activities for a wide range of clients and industries
