Our Role

Create a plan to find and grow programs that drive the highest quality by using disposition data from both the CRM and enrollment advisors. Our job was to use lead quality data to make more advanced decisions on what programs should or should not be active in advertising efforts.

Our Strategy

We identified campaigns and programs that returned low-value RFIs and refined them to increase both volume and quality, while also focusing optimization on campaigns that continuously delivered high Inq:App rates.

  • Restructured Campaigns and Ad Groups to improve RFI volume
  • Constant monitoring of Salesforce and meetings with enrollment advisors to better understand RFI quality
